The coffee at Third Coast Coffee Roasting Company was smooth, rich, and full of flavor. I ordered a latte, and the espresso had a nice depth without tasting too bitter. We paired it with a fresh pastry, which made for a really enjoyable coffee break. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, making it easy to sit and enjoy the drink for a while. A great spot for a quality cup of coffee.

I've been searching for a coffee like this for a long time, and Third Coast Coffee's Triple Blend absolutely delivers! The blend of beans from Mexico, Nicaragua, and Peru is smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced, From the first sip, it grabs your attention, then the flavors continue to unfold, finishing clean with little tingle that makes you want another sip. I brewed it with my simple AeroPress, and it produced one of the best cups of coffee I've had in years. Freshly roasted beans make all the difference. The customer service is excellent, Peter shipped out my order! Third Coast Coffee, Austin, Texas has earned a loyal customer, and I highly recommend Third Coast Coffee!

We recently added refreshments including coffee to our lobby at Taurus Auto Detailing and took that as an opportunity to give Third Coast a shot! On the recommendation of the employee there I purchased a pound of their Columbia and had them grind it for our plain old drip coffee maker. While I was waiting for the grinding to be done, I also had the opportunity to chat with a regular client of theirs that was picking up his order. He raved about them. From the first sip of the test pot I was hooked! This will now be our go to supplier for the shop and I am definitely going to upgrade the swill I have been drinking at home. We also grabbed a six pack of their cold brew which is equally delicious! Our clients (and myself) are enjoying both and we look forward to trying all of their varieties!

Third Coast is a quality roaster with reasonable pricing that has not grossly inflated like other local roasters (Greater Goods, etc). I just pulled my first shots of El Guapo. Beans were dialed in within a couple of shots, and the resulting espresso was phenomenal (especially in a cortado). My original review was a star lower because the shipping didn't come through as quickly as hoped. Based on the quality of the espresso and the response from the Third Coast Team, this is 5 star coffee.

I’ve bought Barrett’s, Anderson, and Spokesman coffee beans, however, Third Coast Coffee is the freshest and the most quality beans I’ve tried so far. The shipping was so quick too. I think I’ve found my favorite roasters.
